What the stamp means
When a business shows our stamp, it means we looked at how they use AI and we are comfortable standing next to it. Customers get a simple signal. Owners get a clear standard to work toward.
Who it is for
Small businesses, nonprofits and local operators. Especially the ones that want to tell customers, plainly, how they use AI.
What we look at
- A written acceptable-use policy. Short, real and followed. Our template is a fine start.
- A human still decides. AI can draft. A person approves anything that matters.
- No silent use of customer or student data. People know what goes into AI tools and why.
- Disclosure when AI speaks for the business. Chatbots and automated replies say what they are.
- Someone on staff who was trained. A person who knows the tools and the risks.
How it works
- Ask. Email us and tell us about your business.
- Review. We go through the criteria with you.
- Fix or finish. If something is missing, we point you to the training or template that closes the gap.
