AI is changing work for everyone. The lessons should reach everyone too. Our tech-equity programs bring plain-language training to people who usually get left out.
Who we focus on
- Workers whose jobs are changing and who never got training.
- Small family businesses without an IT person.
- Older adults and first-time computer users.
- Community groups and nonprofits serving low-income neighbors.
How we do it
- Start where people are. Technology literacy first, then AI.
- Meet in the community. In person in the towns we serve, and online.
- Plain words. No jargon, no shame for asking basic questions.
- Safety first. Scams and privacy come before shortcuts.
- Cost is not the gate. Money should not decide who gets to learn.
