What we teach
Our workshops, seminars and trainings cover AI, business and lifestyle automation, technology literacy, vocational skills, wellness and cultural activities. The AI sessions usually include:
- Prompting that works. How to give AI context, examples and limits so the first draft is close.
- Business and lifestyle automation. Email, scheduling, intake forms, follow-ups, notes. The repeat tasks that eat a week.
- AI security. Phishing, voice clones, fake invoices, and what not to paste into a chatbot. See AI security.
- Acceptable use. Writing a short AI policy your team will follow. See AI acceptable use.
- Role-specific training. The same tools, taught through the work of a front desk, a classroom, a clinic office, a shop or a nonprofit.
- Technology literacy. For people starting from zero. Accounts, files, passwords and what AI actually is.
How a workshop runs
- We start with one workflow and walk through it from start to finish, so everyone sees the whole thing once.
- Then you try it on the task you brought while we go around the room and help.
- Before anyone leaves, we look at what the AI got wrong and how a person would catch it.
- You go home with the steps written down and a template you can reuse.
Formats
- In person in Monterey, Salinas, Santa Cruz, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Seaside and Marina.
- Online for people anywhere in the United States.
- Private sessions for a business, nonprofit or school team.
- Seminars for larger groups who want the big picture first.
